"The current rainfall across much of mainland Portugal, which is due to stop from Sunday, will not be sufficient to end the current drought, Portugal’s Environment Minister has warned. This was followed by the chairman of the Portuguese Met Office, saying that a “November miracle” was required to end the drought."
